
Bad weather (Typhoon / Rainstorm warning) arrangements
To ensure the safety of patients and the medical team, our centres has made prior preparations to respond to adverse weather conditions, aiming to safeguard everyone's safety.
Standby Signal No.1, Strong Wind Signal No.3, Yellow or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal
When the above weather signals are issued, all centres will remain open as usual, and all appointments will proceed as scheduled.
If you experience transportation problems, please call or WhatsApp us to change the appointment.
Gale Or Storm Signal No.8, Increasing Gale Or Storm Signal No.9, Hurricane Signal No.10
When the Hong Kong Observatory issues the above typhoon warning,
– If the typhoon warning is canceled by 4 PM (or by 2 PM on Saturdays), the centres will resume operations within two hours.
– If the typhoon warning is canceled after 4 PM (or after 2 PM on Saturdays), the centres will close for the day.
Rainstorm Black Warning
If the warning is hoisted before opening hours, our centres will suspend operations.
– If canceled by 4 PM (or by 2 PM on Saturdays), all centres will resume operations within two hours.
– If the signal is in force during business hours, all centres will remain open.
